On SMF forums (cit.gg) switch the editor to plain text (Toggle View) before pasting.

Each button is a link around an image: [url=LINK][img]…/b.svg?…[/img][/url]. The picture is drawn from the address itself, so the same address always gives the same button and nothing can be uploaded. Your settings stay in this browser; the share link reopens this exact set. Fonts are SIL Open Font License (list in fonts/LICENSE.txt).
