'''CIT''' is a large Multi Theft Auto: San Andreas server founded on '''December 26th, 2010'''. It gives players several ways to play: civilian jobs, police gameplay, criminal activity, gangster systems, vehicles, trading, events, groups, housing, and long term progression.

You do not need to learn everything at once. New players can start safely, learn the map, make money through jobs, then move into police, criminal, or gangster gameplay when they are ready.

New players start with:

* <code>15</code> hits of each drug
* on screen help messages

* access to visible white vehicle markers with vehicles that cost <code>$5,000</code>

New [[Civilian]] players also get an extra <code>$50,000</code>.

New players can use <code>/rt</code> while under <code>15</code> hours of playtime, and keep a VIP bonus until <code>10</code> hours of playtime.
