`CITBot` is the AI assistant for the CIT server.

It answers common CIT help questions.

To ask `CITBot` a question:

* type your question
* press `Enter` or click `Ask`

The same `F1` panel also has:

* `View Wiki`
* `Clear Chat`

`CITBot` can use context from the current chat, but it works best when each question includes enough context on its own.

== Login lock and recovery ==

After `10` incorrect password attempts, the account is locked for `24` hours. Use `Forgot my password` and email recovery if you know the account email. If the account has no recovery email, use the [[Account Retrieval]] board.

Players cannot permanently delete an in-game CIT account. Banned accounts do not appear on website statistics pages, although aggregate records can remain unchanged.

For MTA anti-cheat error `95 AC`, restart MTA first. If it continues, report the exact error with a screenshot on the General Support / Questions forum board. For a vehicle reflection shader error, restart MTA and reinstall it if the problem continues.

== Account deletion ==

An in-game account cannot be permanently deleted. Account recovery and security actions should use the verified recovery, email, forum, and `/security` methods on this page.

== In game recovery tools ==

The Security Center can manage account security, including checking accounts used on the current PC. The email change flow is also available through the Security Center. Use CITBot for supported account guidance, but use Contact Admin for serious private account issues.


== Device whitelist recovery ==

Use `/security > Device Whitelist` to control which MTA serials may access the account. Add one serial per line. Use `Add current device` for the computer you are using, or type `serial` in `F8` on another computer and add that value.

If a new serial needs authorization and you cannot add it normally, use the linked recovery email.



== Refund and email limits ==

* Rule <code>3</code> does not provide a refund when someone gives away an account or in game items and later loses them.
* Outlook may block CIT recovery email. If the message does not arrive, use another email provider or request manual recovery through the [https://cit.gg/index.php?board=459.0 Account Retrieval Board].
