= Prison Escape =

[[Prison]] Escape is the prison breakout system in CIT.

It includes escaping from jail as a prisoner and helping prisoners escape from outside.


== Prison escape facts ==

* A helicopter landed inside the prison yard can be used to escape.
* Prison fences are electrified.
* Criminals can open the prison gate to help prisoners escape.

Helping criminals escape from prison:

* go to the jail near `Skate Park` and `Jefferson Hospital`
* enter the white marker as a `Criminal` or `Gangster`
* stay there for `10` seconds to open the gate
* opening the gate gives `25` Wanted Points only when the helper is below `4` stars


== Escape notes ==

Prison Escape is tied to the jail system.

Players who are sent to jail can escape instead of waiting for their sentence to end.

Other players on the Criminal or Gangster side can also help open the prison gate from outside.

== How Prisoners Escape ==

A jailed player can escape if a helicopter is landed inside the prison yard.

Once the helicopter is inside the prison yard, it can be used to escape from prison.

== How to help prisoners escape ==

[[Criminal|Criminals]] and Gangsters can help prisoners escape from outside the prison.

To do that:

# Go to the jail near Skate Park and [[Jefferson Hospital]].

# Be on the Criminal or Gangster side.

# Enter the white marker.

# Stay there for 10 seconds.

# The gate will open.

== Escape details ==

* Prisoners can escape with a helicopter landed inside the prison yard.
* Helping prisoners escape is done from the white marker outside the jail.
* Only Criminals and Gangsters can open the gate this way.
* You need to stay in the marker for 10 seconds.
* Opening the prison gate gives `25` Wanted Points only when the helper is below `4` stars.

== Opening the prison gate ==

Hold the white marker for <code>10</code> seconds to open the gate. This gives <code>Felony Aiding Prisoner Escape</code> and <code>25 Wanted Points</code>. The gate closes automatically after a few seconds, and the gate attempt has a <code>30</code> second limit.


== Escape rewards and gate limits ==

Helping a prisoner escape by opening the gate or flying them out gives <code>200 RP</code>. Escaping from prison gives <code>60 Wanted Points</code> and <code>30 RP</code>.

The prison gate can be opened up to <code>5</code> times per hour. Opening it activates a siren and bot guards. Hit targets cannot open the gate.
