Group Level `2` unlocks `/addstaticveh` and `/delstaticveh`.

Group and squad static vehicles are:

* frozen so they cannot be moved
* copied with the current vehicle's modifications and upgrades

== House Static Vehicles ==

`/addstaticveh house` lets `VIP` players spawn static vehicles near their house markers for the vehicle's price.

To remove a house static vehicle, stand on the static vehicle and use `/delstaticveh house`.

== Rules ==

Static vehicles must not be created to cause obstruction.

Annoying obstruction can lead to punishments for both the group and the spawner.
