Open it at a car store marker by pressing `Z`.

The GUI shows:

* vehicle price
* max speed estimate

* selected vehicle feature list
* `Buy`, `Color`, and `Test` buttons

== Important buying notes ==

* Max speed is an estimate, so test drive if you care about handling.
* Newly purchased vehicles start locked.
* Selling a vehicle back to the server deducts `20%` from the original price.
