VIP Hours

VIP Hours are the time-based system that powers VIP in CIT. While you have VIP time, you get VIP benefits such as extra job rewards, higher earn limit, faster healing support, and access to VIP-related features.

VIP is a status, not a side.

Overview

VIP Hours are used to:

• activate VIP benefits
• unlock VIP features
• trade VIP time through F7

VIP Hours are separate from:

• Donator Levels

At:

• Donator Level 3

you keep VIP benefits even when you have:

• 0 VIP Hours

How VIP Hours Work

VIP Hours are a time-based status.

Documented VIP-hour effects include:

• 20% more task money and resources on most jobs
• 20% more earn limit
• vehicle recovery to your location except when wanted
• faster respawn
• twice as quick healing from medics
• access to VIP areas and events
• access to VIP features such as:
  • /viphats
  • /vipskin
  • /vipjetpack or /jetpack
  • /glue and /unglue on any vehicle

VIP Feature Unlock Requirement

You need at least:

• 10 VIP Hours

to unlock all VIP features.

VIP Hour Drain Rate

VIP time runs down at different speeds depending on whether you are online or offline.

Status	Drain rate
Online	0.1 hours per 6 minutes
Offline	0.02 hours per 6 minutes

VIP time also goes down at:

• 20% speed while you are offline

How to Get VIP Hours

You can get VIP Hours by:

• donating for VIP
• buying VIP Hours from other players through F7

The minimum VIP donation amount is:

• 10 GBP

VIP Donation Bonus Hours

Larger VIP donations give extra bonus hours.

20 GBP and 30 GBP	5% extra
40 GBP, 50 GBP, and 60 GBP	10% extra
70 GBP, 80 GBP, and 90 GBP	15% extra
100 GBP and above	20% extra

VIP Hours and F7 Trading

VIP Hours can be traded through:

• F7

If you list VIP Hours at the minimum price:

• AI Trader buys them automatically after about 10 seconds

The official VIP topic lists the AI Trader buy price as:

• $40,000

Players usually pay more than that.

Offline selling also supports:

• VIP Hours

Offline selling uses a:

• 5% fee

VIP Hour Benefits in Practice

While VIP Hours are active, they improve normal gameplay in several ways:

• most jobs give 20% more task money and resources
• your earn limit is 20% higher
• medics heal you twice as quickly
• you respawn faster
• you can recover vehicles to your location except when wanted

VIP Hour Commands and Features

/vipskin

If you have VIP Hours, you can use:

• /vipskin

It shows the in-game skin list and includes:

• over 300 skins

/viphats

Use:

• /viphats

to manage VIP hats.

/vipjetpack and /jetpack

Use:

• /vipjetpack
• /jetpack

after it is unlocked with VIP Hours.

Restrictions:

• it cannot be used in LV
• it cannot be used while wanted

/glue and /unglue

VIP Hours let you use:

• /glue
• /unglue

on any vehicle.

VIP Hours and New Players

New players keep VIP benefits until they reach:

• 10 hours of playtime

That is separate from owning real VIP Hours.

Notes

• VIP Hours are the time-based part of the VIP system
• VIP Hours are separate from Donator Levels
• Donator Level 3 gives VIP benefits even at 0 VIP Hours
• after buying VIP, reconnect if the perks do not show right away
