CITBot

CITBot is the AI question answering assistant for the CIT server. It helps players by answering questions about CIT systems, jobs, commands, events, and gameplay.

Overview

CITBot answers questions using the CIT knowledge base. If wiki pages are linked into its available sources, those can also help support its answers.

CITBot is meant to give quick in-game help, especially for common player questions.

How to use CITBot

To ask CITBot a question:

  • Open F1
  • Stay on the Help tab
  • Type your question in the box
  • Press Enter or click Ask

CITBot interface

The CITBot panel is inside the F1 help window.

The same panel also includes:

  • View Wiki to open the wiki
  • Clear Chat to clear the current bot chat

How CITBot answers questions

CITBot works best when questions are clear and specific.

It can use context from the current chat, but short or vague follow-up questions may still be harder to answer correctly. If a follow-up is unclear, restating the topic usually helps.

Tips for better answers

You will usually get better answers if you:

  • ask one clear question at a time
  • include the topic in your question
  • mention the job, command, system, or side you mean
  • avoid very short follow-ups with missing context

Examples:

  • How do I quit the police in CIT?
  • How do I start Drug Running in CIT?
  • What does Donator Level 2 give in CIT?

If CITBot does not answer clearly

If CITBot gives a weak or unclear answer:

  • try asking the question again more clearly
  • include more context in the question
  • use J > Support
  • or use /sup [question]

If more help is still needed, players can ask on the official CIT support channels.
