Food System: Healing and Food Level Management

The Food System in CIT is essential for healing when you're low on health. Here's an overview of how the system works, including how to increase your food level and use food for healing.

How Food Healing Works:

  • Food Consumption: For every 4 missing health points, you consume 2 food points.
  • Steroids Effect: If you're using Steroids, the healing is doubled, meaning you heal 2 health points for every 2 food points consumed, and the consumed food is doubled as well.

Increasing Your Food Level:

You can increase your food level using several methods. The maximum food level is 1000 by default, but it can increase depending on your VIP level and VIP hours. Each VIP level adds 500 food points, and having VIP hours also adds 500 food points to your maximum.

Here are the ways to increase your food level:

Method Food Points Gained Description
Buy Food at Restaurants Varies Purchase food from restaurants like Cluckin Bell, Pizza Stack, or Burger Shot, including inside or through the drive-thru.
Buy Food from a 24/7 Store 200 food points Food is available for $200 in any 24/7 store.
Craft a Fish Cake 100 food points Craft a Fish Cake from ingredients in F9 crafting.
Craft a Meat Feast 200 food points Craft a Meat Feast from ingredients in F9 crafting.
Craft a Banquet 1000 food points Craft a Banquet from ingredients in F9 crafting.
Buy Ice Cream or Hotdogs from Vans Varies Purchase Ice Cream or Hotdogs from Hotdog or Ice Cream vans.
Buy from Peddlers Varies Interact with a peddler (players doing /sellfood) by pressing N on the marker.
Buy from Vending Machines 200 food points Buy food from Vending Machines for $500 to get 200 food points.

Food Level Management:

  • There is no negative effect of having 0 food points. However, you will not be able to heal using food until you increase your food level again.
  • Your food level is displayed at the top right of your screen. If you're using the old HUD, you may need to configure the settings to see this information.
  • Jumping: Every time you jump, you lose 1% of your food level. The jump limit has been removed, so be mindful of jumping if you want to maintain your food level.
