Paramedic
The Paramedic job in CIT involves healing players and pedestrians throughout San Andreas. You can heal other players during criminal events, heists, and even provide first aid in various locations marked with a "+" symbol. Medics are essential for the team, and the job offers the chance to earn money and points through healing efforts.
Job Locations:
You can get the Paramedic job from any hospital in San Andreas. Use the following command to find the nearest hospital:
- /gps > Jobs > Paramedic
How to Become a Police or Criminal Medic:
- Police Medic: Go to the police station and get the job or use
/go police medic
if you can access the police officer job. - Criminal Medic: Use
/criminal medic
to take the job.
How to Heal Players:
- Healing with Spray Can: You will receive a spray can when you take the job. Aim at the injured player or pedestrian and use the spray can to heal them.
- Healing Automatically: You can heal players automatically just by standing near them during criminal events or armed robberies.
How to Work as a Paramedic (Side Mission):
- Enter a Medic Vehicle: Use an Ambulance or Medic Car and drive around San Andreas.
- Find the "+" Radar Icons: These icons indicate injured players or pedestrians. You'll see these only when inside a Medic vehicle.
- Heal the Injured: Approach the injured pedestrian and press "N" to start the healing mini-game. When the marker is inside the rectangular box, press Space to heal the injured player or pedestrian.
- Payment: If successful, you will receive payment for the heal. If you fail, you will lose the ped/player and receive no payment.
Special Information for LV:
- In LV, you can use weapons as a Paramedic, but you will not receive payment for healing there.
How to Know Your Medic Level:
- /stats: Check your level by clicking on your name and scrolling down to the Medic rank.
How to Check Your Heals:
- /qs heals: Use this command to see your total heal points.
Job Vehicles:
- Ambulance and Medic Car are available at white markers near hospitals.
- The Medic car can be found near the hospital and costs $5,000 to recover without VIP hours.
Useful Commands:
- /go medic: After reaching 1,000,000 heal points, you can use this command to switch to Medic without visiting the job marker.
- /myheals: To know your total heals in criminal events or armed robberies.
- /stats: Check your Medic job level and rank.
Medic Rank System:
As you progress in the Paramedic job, you will level up based on the total number of heal points you accumulate. Here's the breakdown:

How to Get Heal Points Faster:
- Attend Criminal Events and Armed Robberies: You can earn faster heal points by being a medic in criminal events or armed robberies.
- First Aid Level 1 Course: You can speed up your healing process by completing the First Aid Level 1 course. Use /shit or go to X > Online Courses to purchase it.
Healing Bonus in Criminal Events:
- Top 3 Medics in Criminal Events will earn 9 medkits.
- Use /myheals to check your healing stats in these events.
Additional Medic Information:
- Virus Healing: Medics can cure players of diseases and eliminate viruses. You will receive a bonus for curing them.
- Checking for Virus: If a player's HP is rapidly decreasing, they may be infected with a virus. Only a Medic can heal the virus.
