Money Making Guide

Jobs, events, and F7 trading are ways to earn in CIT. Use this page to choose what to look up, then open the detailed guide for requirements and rewards.

Find an earning activity

  1. Press F3 to open the Activity Finder.
  2. Search for a job or activity and read its requirements and status.
  3. Open the relevant guide below for payment details before starting.
Method What to check Guide
Civilian jobs Job level, route, reward type, and applicable bonuses Civilian Jobs, CIT Job Pay Tables, L10 Job Hourly Review
Trading Item quantity, price, and the Average column in F7 > Sell F7 Trading
Crafting and conversion Accepted inputs, output resources, and conversion value Crafting, Factories, Conversion Businesses
Events Whether the event is available and its entry requirements Events, CEM Events

Earn limit

The full-pay limit resets at the start of each real-life hour. It depends on your team when the payment is made, with a separate threshold for LV turf payments:

Team Normal limit With VIP
Civilian $450,000 $540,000
Criminal or Gangster $550,000 $640,000
Police $600,000 $690,000
LV turfing $750,000 $840,000

VIP adds a fixed $90,000 to the limit. Hourly Double Earnings or a Double Earnings token doubles the applicable limit. Earnings share one counter for the hour; changing teams changes the threshold for the next payment, not the amount already counted. Regular races, including Racer rewards, use the Civilian limit regardless of your team.

Compare rewards

Use CIT Job Pay Tables for pay by job level and L10 Job Hourly Review for tested Level 10 comparisons. Read the conditions with each value; cash and resources are different reward types.

Factory conversion uses the resources' Average prices in F7 > Sell. Normal factories convert 1:1 in value, not item count. Weed Oil Factory has a 10% processing loss. Fractional output becomes withdrawable Money.

Cash above the earn limit

The payment that would cross the earn limit is reduced to the amount remaining below it. From the next payment, affected cash rewards pay 10%; affected drug and resource rewards stop until the next hour. This includes LS and LV turf rewards, AR completion drugs, drug drops from kills in ARs and CEs, Weed Farm, and Cave, LS, and Space mining resources. Electrician, Plumber, and City Engineer still give full job progress.

CEM events such as FFA, Race, HnS, CDF, and Carbomb are uncapped. Daily login rewards, individual Daily Challenge rewards, and job promotion rewards do not count toward the limit; the Daily Challenge category completion bonus can still be reduced to 10%.
