How to start

To become a Crane Operator:

Go to Easter Basin Harbor in San Fierro.

Take the Crane Operator job.

Use Crane 1 or Crane 2 to start working.

Cranes

There are 2 cranes in the job:

Crane 1 is in the southwest and has 5 basic zones
Crane 2 is in the northeast and has 7 advanced zones

Crane 2 must be docked first.

How it works

As a Crane Operator, you load and unload containers with the crane.

Useful things to watch while working are:

The magnet load detector, which shows if your crane magnet is holding a container or not
The ground detection indicator, which shows if the container has touched the ground so you can place it accurately

Commands and Controls

Useful Crane Operator commands include:

/magnet to release a stuck container
/prefercrane 1
/prefercrane 2
/crane to enter or leave a crane
/camcr 0-5 to change the camera
/craneset to change crane keybinds
/cranesoud to turn crane sounds on or off

Preferred Crane

At Level 2 and above, you can use:

/prefercrane 1
/prefercrane 2

This lets you stay on your preferred crane.

Use /prefercrane once you reach Level 2 to stay on your preferred crane
Check the magnet load detector
Check the ground detection indicator
Use /camcr for better visibility
