Nickname

Your nickname is the name shown for you in game.

Overview

In CIT, you can change your nickname in 2 ways:

  • /nick [new nickname]
  • ESC > Settings > Multiplayer > Nick

How To Change Your Nickname

Using a command

To change your nickname with a command, use:

  • /nick [new nickname]

Using MTA settings

You can also change it through the game settings:

  1. Press ESC
  1. Open Settings
  1. Open Multiplayer
  1. Enter your new nickname

Important Notes

  • /nick [new nickname] changes your nickname in game.
  • You can also change it from ESC > Settings > Multiplayer > Nick.
