MTA:SA fix

A server or MTA ban message appeared

Use the issuer and displayed reason to find the responsible support process. There is no in the browser unban repair.

Steps

Try one step, then check whether the problem is still there. Follow any "only if" line before changing a setting.

  1. Read the issuer, reason and duration

    Keep the full message together. CD47 alone does not establish a global ban: the ban dialog can show a separate actor and reason. An unknown suffix is not a known strike count or detection method.

  2. Use the issuing server’s process

    Only if the message identifies a server-issued punishment.

    Only for an explicitly server-issued ban, follow that server’s current support or appeal rules. For a CIT punishment, use the CIT punishment guide in this tool. A different server’s ban is not a CIT appeal.

  3. Check current MTA guidance for an explicit global ban

    Only for an explicitly MTA-issued global ban.

    Only if MTA is explicitly the issuer, open its official ban-appeal section and read the current pinned rules. The section could not be read during this review, so eligibility and its current form are unverified.

    Careful: No appeal acceptance, response time or unban is promised. Reinstallation and cache clearing are not appeal methods.

  4. Keep an unclear issuer unresolved

    If the issuer is missing, provide the complete message to official support before choosing an appeal route. If the message is only a compatibility kick, use the AC/VF/SD guide instead.

Worth knowing

The appeal section returned HTTP 403 on 7 September 2026. Earlier dated moderator directions conflict; the tool does not declare every appeal accepted or every appeal closed.
