CIT fix

A website inside MTA is blocked or incomplete

Allow only the website you meant to open. Do not allow every site just to fix one page.

Steps

1. Read the Allow/Deny message

   If MTA shows an Allow/Deny message, read the domain (the website address) in it. Allow it only if you know it is needed for the page you opened.

2. Turn on remote websites

   Only for remote pages you mean to use and trust.

   Press ESC, open Settings, then Web Browser. Make sure Enable remote websites is ticked. Tick Enable Javascript on remote websites only if the page you want needs it.

3. Unblock that one website

   Only if your own rule is blocking the website you want.

   If that trusted domain is in Custom blacklist and you meant to allow it, remove only its entry. Look at Custom whitelist too. Do not allow every site just to fix one page.

4. Tell General Support if it still fails

   If the page still fails, note its domain, the exact error and whether other in game pages load. Send those details to CIT General Support.
