CIT fix
Cannot get into a group base, or the base gate will not open
The base gate does not open for you, or you cannot enter a base or its interior. A damaged gate waits 15 seconds, and a base kick keeps you out for 30 minutes.
Steps
Wait 15 seconds after the gate is damaged
Only if the gate was just shot or damaged.
A base gate has a 15 second cooldown after it is damaged. It cannot be used during that time.

A base kick lasts 30 minutes
Only if you were removed with /basekick.
After /basekick you cannot enter that base again for 30 minutes. Reconnecting does not remove this. The kick can be lifted early with /baseunkick.

Law players: gates open only for wanted players inside
Only if you play an official law job.
Official law jobs can no longer always open base gates. A base gate opens for them only when wanted players are hiding inside the base area.

Interior teleports can be limited
Only for a group interior teleport.
The Land Development topic lists three teleport options. Option 1: Group only access, whitelist or alliance access, and no wanted players. Option 2: Group only access, whitelist or alliance access, wanted players allowed, and Law Enforcement access. Option 3: open to everyone.
