CIT fix

Equipment from /equip has no effect

In /equip, select the item and press Apply. /equip items do not work in the event dimension.

Steps

1. Press Apply

   Type /equip. Select the item in the list and press Apply to equip it. Remove takes it off.

2. Not in the event dimension

   Only if you are in the event dimension of a CEM event.

   /equip items are turned off while you are in the event dimension, so they do not work there.

3. First Aid Bag needs L10 Medic

   Only for the First Aid Bag.

   The First Aid Bag heals nearby players when you are an L10 Medic.
