My taser does not work on a criminal

As a cop you shoot a player with the taser, but they are not stunned. The taser only works on moving players, and the same player cannot be tased again for 10 seconds.

Steps

1. The target must be moving

   The taser only works on moving players. It does not work on a player who is standing still, or on a player who is walking and aiming.

2. Wait 10 seconds for the same target

   The same player cannot be tased again for 10 seconds. You can tase a different player during that time.

3. Wait 5 seconds after being hurt

   Cops cannot use the taser if they were hurt in the last 5 seconds. Wait, then try again.

4. Not at an Armed Robbery

   Only at an Armed Robbery.

   Criminals doing an Armed Robbery cannot be tased.

5. Not in a Criminal Event

   Only in a Criminal Event.

   The taser is turned off in Criminal Events.

6. Not on hit targets

   Only if the player is a hit target.

   The taser does not work on hit targets.
