CIT fix

/superadvert does not send

A superadvert needs at least 8 hours of playtime and has a cooldown. Type /superadvert to see how long is left.

Steps

1. Check the cooldown

Type /superadvert. While it is on cooldown, it tells you how long is left until you can use it again. The cooldown is 3 hours normally, 2 hours at DL1, 1 hour at DL2 and 3 minutes at DL3.
