Hide chat, names or money before you post a screenshot. Solid colour is the only effect nobody can undo; a light blur or tiny pixels can sometimes be recovered, so turn the strength up for anything private.

For GTA and MTA textures
Textures load fastest at power-of-two sizes: 256, 512, 1024 or 2048 on each side. Use PNG to keep every pixel, DDS with mipmaps for the game itself. A TGA from a texture tool converts to any of these.
For the forum
WebP is the smallest format most boards and browsers accept; JPG at 80 to 90% is the safe fallback for photos and screenshots. GIF here is a still image with 256 colours.
Posting a screenshot?
Open Hide in the editor, drag a box over the chat, name tags or your money and pick blur, pixels or a solid colour. Paste a screenshot straight in with Ctrl+V after Print Screen.
Your files stay yours
The conversion runs in this tab with your browser's own image code. No file is sent anywhere and nothing is stored on the site.
DDS output is the uncompressed 32-bit kind; DXT-compressed DDS files open fine as input. Add ?selftest to the address to run the codec checks.
