Changelog

Public notes for CIT Tools updates.

Spinner Wheel

  • New tool: paste a list of names, spin the wheel and get one winner. For giveaways, picking teams, choosing who goes first, or settling an argument.
  • Choose what happens after a spin: keep everyone, remove the winner so nobody wins twice, or count wins for a best-of series. Add *3 after a name to give it three times the chance.
  • Results list, saved wheels, a share link, colours, sound and a fullscreen view for streaming. The winner is drawn with the browser's cryptographic random generator, so every spin is genuinely fair.
  • Everything runs in your browser. Names and results never leave your device.

Tournament Maker

  • New tool: build a tournament and enter results as it runs. Single and double elimination brackets, a round-robin league, Swiss, groups plus a knockout (the World Cup shape), and a points table that sorts itself.
  • Sign in to create one and come back any time. Add other CIT Tools accounts as helpers who can enter results. Click any match to set the score; the winner moves on automatically.
  • Share a public page that updates the moment you save, plus a forum banner that keeps itself up to date. Viewers can sort the standings by name or points on the page.

Image Converter

  • New tool: convert images between PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, BMP, ICO, TGA and DDS. It also opens SVG, AVIF and DXT-compressed DDS files.
  • Resize by width, height or percent, snap to a power of two, or use the 256 to 2048 texture presets. Pick the background colour when a format has no transparency. DDS output includes mipmaps.
  • Click an image to open it in the editor: draw a crop box straight on the picture, drag the corner to resize it, and slide between before and after to check the result before downloading. One click copies the crop and size to every file.
  • Hide mode: drag a box or paint with a brush over chat, names or money in a screenshot and choose blur, pixels or a solid colour before converting. Paste a screenshot straight in with Ctrl+V.
  • Convert many files at once and download them as one ZIP. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded.

CIT Tower

  • New game: build a tower of San Andreas businesses floor by floor. Each floor has five upgrades inside it and opens with three of them, which unlocks the next floor. There is no top.
  • Three blueprints to choose from for every floor, with rarities from common to legendary and set bonuses for stacking a category.
  • Ride the lift to deliver visitors for tips, catch robbers, rewire blackouts. Tills fill while you are away and managers bank them for you.
  • Leaderboards for floors, income, five-star floors, Keys and floors built this week. Saves to your Most Wanted account.

More tools in Texture Editor

  • Draw curved paths, bend text, make patterns and add outlines, shadows or glow.
  • Group layers, clip artwork inside shapes and replace linked logos together.
  • Save design kits and versions. Export uniforms or vehicle textures with different names and numbers.
  • Select areas on your own model, project a logo in 3D and add texture edge padding.
  • Added a healing brush and perspective corners. The new controls are in Layers, Model and Library.
