Pilot Job

The Pilot Job is a profession where you are responsible for transporting passengers and cargo to various locations by air. Pilots will need to navigate to airports, pick up cargo or passengers, and fly them to their designated destinations. The job includes a range of aircraft to operate, and it offers an engaging experience with flight control, speed management, and navigation.

How to Begin the Pilot Job

  1. Job Location:
    • You can take the Pilot Job from the Air Traffic Control Tower at either San Fierro (SF) or Los Santos (LS) airports, you can use /gps and look for pilot job
  2. Entering the Job:
    • To begin, simply enter a plane by locating the yellow circle and proceed to the grey truck blips that will appear on your map. These blips indicate the locations where passengers or cargo are ready to be picked up.

Vehicles Available for the Pilot Job

  1. Ground Vehicles:
    • Baggage and Tug – These vehicles are used to move around the airport and can be spawned right next to the job building. You can also use your own vehicle or a jetpack to move around.
  2. Planes:
    • Maverick and Transport Maverick – Helicopters available for passenger transport.
    • Beagle, Dodo, Stuntplane, Shamal, Andromada, AT-400, Nevada – Aircraft that can transport passengers and cargo.

How to Earn Money

  1. Cargo/Passenger Pick Up:
    • Once inside the plane, head to the grey truck blip on your minimap. This indicates the location where you need to load either passengers or cargo.
  2. Cargo Types:
    • Beagle, Dodo, Stuntplane, Shamal, AT-400, Nevada – Passengers
    • Andromada – Resource crates
    • Maverick, Transport Maverick – Passengers
    • Shamal – Gas
  3. Flight to Destination:
    • After picking up passengers or cargo, follow the red blips that will lead you to your destination.
    • Once you land or hover in the designated yellow circle, the mission will be marked as completed, and you will receive payment.
  4. Repeat the Process:
    • After landing and completing a delivery, return to the grey truck blip to pick up the next load.

Special Commands and Features

  1. /assist:
    • Use this command to stabilize your plane's altitude, ensuring it stays level while flying at 230 km/h or higher.
  2. /r:
    • Pilot Radio: Use this to communicate with other pilots, ensuring smooth coordination.
  3. /cruise or C:
    • Lock your plane's speed at a specific rate, maintaining your speed without continuously pressing the throttle.

Tips for Easier Piloting

  • Use the /assist command to keep your altitude steady, making your flight smoother and reducing the need for constant manual adjustments.
  • Use /cruise or press C to lock your speed at the desired pace, making long-haul flights easier.
