Ingame Group Applications

Ingame Applications are the built-in group application system in CIT. They let players apply to groups through the group system, and let group members with the correct permission review those applications.

Overview

Group applications are part of the group system in:

  • F6
  • /groupsquadunit

A player can join a group by:

  • getting invited
  • applying through the group system
  • applying on the forum if the group recruits there

The in-game application system is mainly managed with:

  • /gapps
  • the Group Applications button in F6

Accessing the application system

The `F6` Group tab can include:

  • Group Applications

This button appears in the group panel depending on your permissions.

Command

To manage group applications, use:

/gapps

If your group rank has permission, open:

  • Manage Apps

Managing applications

To review group applications:

  • use /gapps
  • open Manage Apps

This is the main in-game management method for group applications.

Permissions

The in-game application system depends on group rank permissions.

The relevant permission is:

  • Manage group applications

A member can only manage applications if their group rank has that permission.

Blacklist restriction

If a player is blacklisted by a group:

  • they cannot apply to that group

Blacklist access is managed separately with:

  • /groupblacklist

Whitelist access is managed with:

  • /groupwhitelist

Notes

  • Group applications are part of the in-game group system.
  • The `Group Applications` button in `F6` depends on permissions.
  • Managing applications requires the `Manage group applications` permission.
  • Blacklisted players cannot apply to the group.
