News Reporter

News Reporter is a civilian job where you race to marked targets and take photos to complete reports.

Overview

News Reporter is a Civilian job.

After taking the job, you look for marked targets, reach them before other reporters, and photograph them to complete the report. Each successful report increases your News Reporter progression.

How To Start

To become a News Reporter:

  1. Go to Rodeo in LS or Doherty in SF.
  1. Step into the yellow marker to take the News Reporter job.

How It Works

After taking the job:

  1. Look for blue skull icons on your minimap.
  1. Be the first reporter to reach the marked player.
  1. Take their photo with your camera.
  1. Complete the report and increase your progression.

Side Mission

You can also press:

  • F5

This starts the side mission, which marks:

  • A red circle
  • Then pink targets that you must photograph

Targets

News Reporters can photograph targets inside vehicles if they are close enough.
