Space Miner Job
The Space Miner job allows players to mine valuable resources in space, such as Oil, Gold, and Chemicals. Players must travel to the moon, mine these resources, and return to Earth. The job is linked to the Iron Miner job, and your progress as a miner will determine your rewards in space.

How to Get Employed as a Space Miner
- Location: Tierra Robada, San Fierro.
- Job Access: Press T and type
/gps
, search for Space Miner, click on it to be marked on your map. - Go to the yellow marker to take the Space Miner job, and you will automatically receive a spacesuit skin.
- Once assigned to the job, head to the launch pad (white marker), where you will spawn a rocket to fly to the moon.
Mining in Space
- Radiation Distance: As you enter space, a Radiation Distance bar will appear at the bottom right of your screen. Move in the direction where the bar decreases to 0.
- Mining Process: After the bar hits 0, a loading bar will appear, and you will begin mining.
- Resources: The resources you mine include:
- Oil
- Gold
- Chemicals
- Repeat: After mining the resources, continue the process to gather more.
- Return to Earth: Use the rapid transport marker located on the asteroid bridge to return to Earth.
Job Benefits
- The Minerals course in
/courses
increases the resource payment by 10% when working as a Space Miner. - VIP Hours are not required, but having VIP gives you a 20% bonus and jetpack access, speeding up the mining process.
Job Payment and Resources
The amount of resources you earn is based on your level in the Iron Miner job. Below are the rewards based on your level:
- Level 1. Junior Miner - 51 units of Oil, 5 grams of Gold, 3 units of Chemicals (With VIP bonuses + Minerals course bonus)
- Level 2. Senior Miner - 59 units of Oil, 5 grams of Gold, 3 units of Chemicals (With VIP bonuses + Minerals course bonus)
- Level 3. Assistant Specialist - Not yet calculated
- Level 4. Specialist - Not yet calculated
- Level 5. Professional Miner - Not yet calculated
- Level 6. Expert Miner - 94 units of Oil, 5 grams of Gold, 3 units of Chemicals (With VIP bonuses + Minerals course bonus)
- Level 7. Chief Miner - 102 units of Oil, 5 grams of Gold, 6 units of Chemicals (With VIP bonuses + Minerals course bonus)
- Level 8. Elite Miner - 111 units of Oil, 5 grams of Gold, 6 units of Chemicals (With VIP bonuses + Minerals course bonus)
- Level 9. Executive Miner - 119 units of Oil, 5 grams of Gold, 7 units of Chemicals (With VIP bonuses + Minerals course bonus)
