Briefcase

Briefcase is a gangster-only competitive task in LS and LV.

Overview

A Briefcase spawns randomly on the map.

Gangsters fight over it, pick it up, and try to deliver it to the van blip before another player kills them and steals it.

Briefcase exists in both LS and LV, but the map icon and reward details are different between the 2 cities.

How It Works

To do a Briefcase run:

Be on gangster side.

Look for the Briefcase blip on the map.

Go to the spawn location.

Pick up the Briefcase.

Run it on foot to the van blip.

Deliver it before another player kills you and takes it.

Other players can kill the carrier and steal the Briefcase.

LS and LV Differences

LS Briefcase

In LS, the Briefcase shows on the map as:

A brown briefcase blip

A normal LS Briefcase gives:

$75,000
800 RP
50 Wanted Points

LV Briefcase

In LV, the Briefcase shows on the map as:

A green dollar sign

A normal LV Briefcase gives:

800 RP
Cash based on how many players are online

Carrying Rules

While carrying the Briefcase:

You cannot glue
You cannot enter vehicles
You can use /dropitem to drop it

The carrier has to stay on foot and reach the van blip to finish the delivery.

/briefcase

These commands do the same thing.

Super Briefcase

A Super Briefcase can appear in LS or LV.

It gives higher rewards than a normal Briefcase.

LS Super Briefcase

In LS, a Super Briefcase gives:

$100,000

LV Super Briefcase

In LV, a Super Briefcase gives:

500% more than the standard Briefcase reward

Achievements

Briefcase is tied to these achievements:

New Runner for delivering 10 Briefcases in LS or LV, reward $200,000
Faith for delivering 100 Briefcases in LS or LV, reward $2,000,000

Tips

Briefcase tips include:

Bring teammates for cover
Stay on foot
Use cover
Watch for players trying to steal it

Important Notes

Briefcase is gangster-only.
It can happen in both LS and LV.
The Briefcase spawns randomly on the map.
LS uses a brown briefcase blip.
LV uses a green dollar sign.
The carrier has to run the Briefcase on foot to the van blip.
Other players can kill the carrier and steal the Briefcase.
