Armor is a protective gear item in CIT. It can be bought from Ammunation or crafted through F9, and there is also a Kevlar-based armor version made from house basement materials.

The main ways to get armor are:

• buying Armor from Ammunation
• crafting Armor in F9
• crafting Armor (Kevlar) in F9

Buying armor

Armor can be bought from:

• Ammunation

Its price is:

Crafting armor

Armor is part of the F9 crafting system.

To open crafting:

• press F9

Armor is listed as a survival item in the crafting system.

To craft normal Armor, you need:

• 20 Oil
• 50 Iron

Armor (Kevlar)

Armor (Kevlar) is the Kevlar-based armor craft in CIT.

To craft Armor (Kevlar), you need:

• 15 Kevlar

When Armor (Kevlar) is crafted:

• it fills your armor

Kevlar is used for:

Kevlar is made from:

Getting Kevlar from a house basement

To make armor from Kevlar:

• buy a house basement
• grow Kenaf
• harvest it with a Katana
• process it into Kevlar
• craft Armor (Kevlar) in F9

Basement details

A house basement:

• costs $10,000,000
• is a permanent house upgrade
• stays even if you sell the house

Basements let you grow:

• Kenaf

Kenaf growth

Kenaf takes:

• 18 hours to fully grow

A full basement has:

• 35 plants

Each mature plant gives:

• 9 Kenaf

A full harvest gives:

• 315 Kenaf
• or 21 Kevlar
• or 21 armor sets

If you harvest early:

• you get less

Kenaf cannot be:

• sold
• transferred

Where armor crafting can be used

Crafting is not limited to a special place.

If you have the needed materials:

• you can craft through F9 anywhere

Notes

• Armor and Armor (Kevlar) are both part of the F9 crafting system.
• Armor can also be bought directly from Ammunation.
• Armor (Kevlar) uses Kevlar, while normal Armor uses Oil and Iron.
• Armor (Kevlar) explicitly fills your armor when crafted.
• Kenaf is the house-basement material used for Kevlar armor crafting.
