The Chemicals Factory is a rentable factory property in CIT. It is shown in the property panel as a Conversion Business.

It converts several input resources into Chemicals, which are used by other systems such as Pay'n'Sprays and crafting.

Overview

The factory panel shows:

• Property Name: Chemicals Factory
• Business Type: Conversion Business
• Output of the converted resources: Chemicals

The in-game description says Chemical Factories convert Oil, Nitrous, and Drugs into useful Chemicals needed by Pay'n'Sprays and other useful crafting items.

• SF Doherty Chemical Factory — Doherty
• LS Chemicals Factory — Ocean Docks

Factories were re-enabled in /gps, so players can use the factory category to find them in game.

How To Find Your Factory

If you already rent a factory, press B, open My Properties, and double-click the rented factory to mark it with a floppy disk blip.

If you only want to browse factory locations, use /gps > Factories.

How The Factory Panel Works

The factory GUI includes:

• a Goods in your inventory panel
• a Goods currently invested in this business panel
• arrow buttons to add resources to the business or take them back
• a field labeled Insert amount of resources to move

Use the amount field together with the arrow buttons to move resources between your inventory and the factory.

What Chemicals Are Used For

The factory description says Chemicals are needed by Pay'n'Sprays and other useful crafting items.

Chemicals can be sold on F7, used in F9 crafting, and obtained from Chemicals Factories.
