RPG
RPG is a heavy explosive weapon in CIT.
How to get RPGs
You can get an RPG in two listed ways:

LV weapon restrictions
RPG, RPG HS, and Grenades are usable only in LV. On Ammunation's HEAVY page, the launchers are labelled RPG (LV Only) and RPG HS (LV Only). Grenades on the PROJECTILES page do not carry that label but have the same LV restriction.
