Locations

Locations covers useful places in CIT, including airports, cinemas, shops, travel points, and map destinations.

Find common places fast

Need	Use	Notes
Search most places	`/gps`	Use categories or search by name.
Map view	`F11`	Shows map icons and lets you place GPS waypoints.
Static map guide	CIT Map Guide	Some map entries are guide entries or GPS destinations, not visible in game markers.
Civilian job hub	`SF - Employment Office`	Located in `Downtown`, San Fierro.
Clothing	Search `cloth` in `/gps`	Clothing stores use the T-shirt map icon.
Mod shop	`/gps mods`	Mod shops use a red wrench icon and a red circular marker inside the garage entrance.
Ammu Nation	`/gps ammu`	Weapon stores use a gun icon on F11.
Food and 24/7 shops	Search `24/7` or `shop`	At a 24/7 shop entrance, press `Z` by default to open the `24/7 Shop` window. The window has one tab, `Items`, with a list in the columns `Item` and `Price$`, and the buttons `Buy` and `Close`. Food can also be bought from players using `/sellfood`.
Rapid Transport	`/gps` category `Rapid Transportation`	Rapid Transport markers use the orange loop icon.
Outdoor cinemas	Search `Outdoor Cinema`	The three outdoor cinemas are at `LS Beach`, `Fort Carson`, and `Industrial Estates` on `CITy Island`.
City Island Airport	City Island Airport	Has aeroplane and helicopter spawners.
Banking	`/batm` or `CITPhone > Blip ATMs`	Marks ATMs. There is no bank building for banking; LS Bank is a Criminal Event location.
Strip clubs	`/gps > Entertainment`	`The Pig Pen` is in East Los Santos; `Jizzy's Pleasure Dome` is in Battery Point, San Fierro.
Zombie Infested!	Zombie map blip east of Mount Chiliad	Also called the Zombie Outbreak zone; it is distinct from the Zombie Outbreak CEM event.

Location source

Do not treat every CIT Map Guide icon as a visible in game marker. Some map entries are only places or GPS style destinations.

Extra locations

The Army Surplus vehicle shop outside Area 69 is the only place to buy the deactivated Rhino tank.
LS Beach, Fort Carson, and Industrial Estates on CITy Island have outdoor cinemas. City Island Airport has aeroplane and helicopter spawners.

The /gps list includes both:

Factories
Rapid Transportation

Use Rapid Transportation for Rapid Transport destinations, and use Factories for factory and conversion business locations.

Employment Office correction

SF - Employment Office is an indoor civilian job hub in Downtown, San Fierro. It has many civilian job markers inside, not every civilian job marker.

Street Food Seller has no job marker to use. Press X and choose Sell Food, or use /sellfood.

GPS job entries

The /gps Jobs category includes both:

Fuel Transporter (LS) - Ocean Docks
Fuel Transporter (SF) - Easter Bay Chemicals

The tanker job is Fuel Transporter. Despite the SF label, the Easter Bay Chemicals refinery is in Red County.

Space Miner	`Space Miner (Tierra Robada)` for the `Tierra Robada` launch pad. The Employment Office labels the same destination `San Fierro, San Fierro`.
Farmer	`Farmer (Flint County)`, `Farmer (Red County)` for `Blueberry Acres`, or `Farmer (CITy Island)` on CITy Island. Its GPS zone is `Palisades` and leads to the island entrance.
Fisherman	`Fisherman (LS)` for `Verdant Bluffs`, or `Fisherman (SF)` for `Palisades`. The Employment Office also offers `Commercial Facilities, CITy Island`.
Hunter	`Hunter (Whetstone - Angel Pine)` for `Angel Pine`

Plumber locations

Use /gps > Jobs and mark Plumber (LS) for Willowfield or Plumber (SF) for Doherty.

Extra current location facts

Location	Current fact
East Los Santos	Has a small Police Department in addition to the main LSPD in Pershing Square.
Malibu Club	Can be rented for custom music. The rental marker is in the upstairs office. Leaving or quitting as renter cancels the rental; the renter panel accepts URL lists and includes an advert system.
Bayside Marina	Has a Rapid Transport marker and a vehicle recovery pad.
LV warehouses	Vehicles near the warehouse entrances are warped away and the owner is charged some money to prevent entrance blocking.
