CIT Forum is the main website for support, recovery, reports, guides, suggestions, and community applications.
Overview
The forum is used for many important parts of CIT.
Players use it for things like:
- Account recovery
- Support topics
- Bug reports
- Reading official guides
- Suggesting edits
- Applying for some community roles
The forum is also linked to your in-game account through the forum account system.
Forum Account
Creating a forum account
To create a forum account, log into the server and use:
- `/getforumaccount YourIngamePasswordHere`
This creates a forum account with your in-game account name and password.
Important notes:
- Only `1` forum account can be created per computer
- If you delete it, you cannot create another one
- Changing your forum password does not change your in-game password
- Changing your in-game password does not change your forum password
- After logging in, set your email correctly because you need it for verification
Linking an existing forum account
To link an existing forum account in game, press `T` and use:
- `/linkforumaccount ForumUsername ForumPassword`
`ForumUsername` must be your forum username, not your display name.
Account and Access Notes
Important account notes related to the forum system:
- You can have up to `6` in-game accounts
- You can only have `1` forum account
- Account sharing is not allowed
If your PC has already been the last device used to log into `6` accounts, you cannot log into another account from that PC.
Main Forum Uses
The forum is mainly used for:
- Reading rules and guides
- Getting support
- Recovering accounts
- Recovering PIN codes
- Reporting bugs
- Suggesting edits
- Applying for some duties or community roles
Help and Support
If you still need help after using in-game support, you can ask on the Support board:
For urgent in-game problems, use:
- `/cad <message>`
- `J > Contact Admin`
- `/staffticket`
Account Recovery
If you cannot recover your account through email, use the Account Retrieval Board:
This is also used if you forgot your PIN code and need manual help.
Replies usually take `3` to `4` days for manual recovery topics.

Forum Roles
Some forum-related duties and roles mentioned in CIT include:
- `FBM` = `Forum Board Manager`
- `FMM` = `Forum Membership Moderators`
- `ARM` = `Account Recovery Manager`
- `BAM` = `Ban Appeal Manager`
- `CM` = `Complaints Manager`
These roles help manage boards, memberships, recoveries, appeals, and forum-related moderation.
