Repairing Vehicles
Repairing Vehicles in CIT can be done in several different ways depending on where you are, what you have, and what side or job you are using.
Overview
Vehicles in CIT can be repaired:
- with a `Repair Kit`
- at a `Pay n' Spray`
- by a `Mechanic`
- for free if you have `DL1+`
- with

/repairinside `Car Show` - with
/repairinside the `Law Dimension`
Each method works in a different way.
Repair Kit
A `Repair Kit` is a direct item-based way to repair a vehicle.
To use it:
- make sure you have a `Repair Kit`
- press
X - click the vehicle
- choose `Use Repair Kit`
This is one of the standard ways to repair a vehicle anywhere it can be used.
Pay n' Spray
`Pay n' Spray` is one of the main repair locations in CIT.
To repair a vehicle there:
- drive into any `Pay n' Spray`
- enter the repair marker inside the garage
- slow down or stop enough while inside the marker
`Pay n' Spray` uses:
- the `Car Repair` blip
- a spray-can icon
- a red circular repair marker inside the garage
Important notes
At `Pay n' Spray`:
- repairs still start if you entered too fast, as long as you slow down or stop enough inside the marker
- if the vehicle is already inside the marker, entering it repairs it
Mechanic
`Mechanic` is a civilian service job that can repair other vehicles.
To repair a vehicle as a `Mechanic`:
- stand next to the vehicle
- press
X - click the vehicle
- select `Repair Vehicle`
The vehicle owner then:
- accepts
- or declines
This is the player-service repair method.
DL1+ free repair
Players with `DL1+` can repair vehicles:
- without using `Repair Kits`
This is another standard repair option.
Apartment repair
Inside an apartment, use:
/lawrepair
This repairs your vehicle while you are there.
Car Show repair
Inside `Car Show`, use:
/repair
This is used to:
- fix vehicle panels
Law Dimension repair
Inside the `Law Dimension`, one of the supported vehicle commands is:
/repair
This is a repair option available there.

`Lifetime Motor Club Membership` adds extra repair benefits.
It gives:

- free roadside repairs
It applies to:
- your owned vehicles
- job-marker spawned vehicles
For roadside repairs:
