Donator Level

VIP and Donator Levels are two separate systems in CIT.

VIP is a time based status that uses VIP hours
Donator Levels are permanent donation rewards unlocked at fixed total donation amounts

This page explains the difference between them, what each one gives, and how the donation system works.

How it works

VIP and Donator Levels are not the same thing.

VIP hours give temporary VIP benefits while you have enough VIP time.

Donator Levels are unlocked by total donations:

Donator Level 1 at 50 GBP
Donator Level 2 at 100 GBP
Donator Level 3 at 150 GBP

VIP

VIP is based on VIP hours.

What VIP does

VIP gives:

20% more task money and resources on most jobs
$90,000 added to every team's hourly earn limit, for example $540,000 instead of $450,000 for civilian jobs. Double Earnings doubles the whole limit.
vehicle recovery to you. It is immediate without wanted levels and takes 10 seconds while wanted.
exclusive VIP skins and vehicles
VIP areas and events
faster respawn
twice as quick healing from medics
the ability to sell VIP hours in F7
commands like:
- /viphats
- /vipskin
- /walkstyle
- /fightstyle
- /glue
- /unglue
- /jetpack or /vipjetpack

VIP bonus

VIP gives:

20% extra pay on most jobs

Lumberjack receives the bonus: $1,300 per tree without VIP or $1,560 with VIP. Its exclusion from the random triple-XP job is a separate rule.

How much VIP is needed to unlock VIP features

You need at least:

10 VIP hours

to unlock all VIP features. Once active, they continue below 10 hours until the balance reaches 0. Donator Level 3 keeps VIP benefits at zero hours.

Donator Levels

Donator Levels are permanent perks unlocked by total donations. Donate through cit.gg/donate.

They are separate from VIP hours.

Do multiple donations add up?

Yes.

If multiple transactions add up to a Donator Level amount, your in game donator level can still activate.

Donator Level 1

Donator Level 1 unlocks at:

50 GBP

Benefits:

3 house slots
/superadvert cooldown reduced to 2 hours
+$100,000,000 transfer limit
+500 food capacity

DL1 also gives /d Donator Chat, /setvehcolor in any dimension, armor on spawn outside turfs, /headlights, and /neon. It enables X vehicle repairs on any vehicle, like a mechanic. Vehicles you repair get 50% fuel instead of the normal 10%. It also enables /hitme, /hitme amount warehouse, and Terminator Mode for /hitme amounts over $999,999.

Donator Level 2

Donator Level 2 unlocks at:

100 GBP

It includes all Donator Level 1 perks, plus:

4 house slots
/superadvert cooldown reduced to 1 hour
another $100,000,000 transfer limit increase
another 500 food capacity
/rt from anywhere
a morale boost within 5 metres, giving 2 HP every 5 seconds to you and your team, or your gang in LV

Donator Level 3

Donator Level 3 unlocks at:

150 GBP

It includes all Donator Level 1 and Donator Level 2 perks, plus:

VIP benefits even when you have 0 VIP hours
5 house slots, with up to 10 houses after buying extra slots
/superadvert cooldown reduced to 3 minutes
another $100,000,000 transfer limit increase
another 500 food capacity

DL3 also unlocks some barriers through /barriers and 5x faster barrier crafting. Place music speakers from the Speaker tab in /streamurl or /mplayer; /streamurl can be used at the car show area, the hit warehouse, and next to your house icons.

At Donator Level 3, you get VIP benefits even if you have:

Forum donator status

Your in game donator level can activate automatically when your donations reach the needed amount, but forum donator status is separate.

To get the forum donator status:

send a forum PM to Arran
include your in game account name if multiple donations added up to the required amount

Buying and selling Donator Levels

Transferable VIP levels, which are Donator Levels, can be bought and sold between players through F7 with in game money. VIP hours are a separate tradable item.

Donations beyond DL3 can give extra VIP levels that can be transferred through F7. They do not create an active DL4 rank.

Transfers and house vehicles

A Donator Level can be bought or sold through F7. The buyer pays the listing price plus $5,000,000 per level, and the seller receives the listing price. Both payments use the bank because the amount exceeds the cash cap. Custom Tag Color and House Slot have no such fee.
VIP Level listings on F7 must be between $280,000,000 and $390,000,000. From July to October 2026, a level cost the buyer about $335,000,000 to $368,000,000, fee included. Market prices move.
Donator Levels 1 to 3 can create one static vehicle near a house they own with /addstaticveh house. Creating it costs the vehicle's shop price, with a $500,000 minimum.
