I cannot sell my house or apartment

You sell a house to other players: press Z at your house, set the asking price and click Toggle House Sale. An apartment cannot be sold.

Steps

1. Put the house on sale

   Press Z at your house, set the asking price and click Toggle House Sale. Other players can then press Z at the house and click Buy This House.

2. Set the asking price

   In the house window, type the price in the box under Set Asking Price: and click the Set button next to the box.

3. The server does not buy houses

   You cannot sell a house back to the server. Another player has to buy it from you.

4. Apartments cannot be sold

   Only for an apartment.

   You cannot sell an apartment. You can only sell your house.

5. Sell the objects in your apartment

   Only if you want to sell the objects in your apartment.

   Go inside your apartment and type /wipeapartment followed by your account name.

   Careful: This sells all objects in the apartment, not only one.

Other problems like this

• Bank transfer fails: cannot send money to a player
• Daily login reward not paid, or login streak reset
