Kenaf harvest gave less than 315 Kevlar
A house basement gives the full 315 Kevlar only when the Kenaf is fully grown. Check Kenaf Growth on the CITPhone before you cut it.
Steps
Check Kenaf Growth first
Press B to open the CITPhone, open My Properties and click your house with the basement. Kenaf Growth 100% means the Kenaf is ready to harvest.

Wait until it is fully grown
Kenaf takes 18 hours to fully grow. A full basement harvest gives 315 Kevlar. If you harvest early, you get less.

Cut all of it, then use the machine
Go into your house basement and cut all the Kenaf with a Katana or a Knife. Then use the machine inside the basement to make Kevlar.

After a server restart
After a server restart, the Kenaf in every basement is fully grown again.

18 hours or more always gave the full 315 Kevlar.
The same wait does not always give the same amount: between 16 and 18 hours after the last harvest, some visits gave 280, and the full 315 was already there from 16.3 hours on.
Since 19 October 2026 a Knife harvests Kenaf well too.
315 Kevlar is enough for 21 Armor (Kevlar) crafts at 15 Kevlar each.
Kenaf cannot be sold or transferred.
