Criminal Medic is a criminal side medic role that unlocks through criminal progression.
Overview
Criminal Medic unlocks at Level 5 criminal.
Once it is unlocked, use /criminal medic to become a Criminal Medic.
Criminal Medic can also do the medic side mission.
How To Unlock
To unlock Criminal Medic:
- Reach Level 5 criminal.
- Use /criminal medic.
How It Works
Criminal Medic is tied to the medic side mission.
To complete the medic side mission:
- Get in an Ambulance or Medic Car.
- Look for the red + icon.
- Drive to the marked location.
- Press N to begin the revive.
- Press Space when the marker enters the box.
The red + icon only appears while you are inside an Ambulance or Medic Car.

Commands and Controls
Criminal Medic commands and controls include:
- /criminal medic
- N to begin the revive during the side mission
- Space when the marker enters the box during the side mission

Level 5 criminal requires:
- 2,884 RP
Important Notes
- Criminal Medic is unlocked through criminal progression.
- You need Level 5 criminal before you can use /criminal medic.
- Criminal Medic can also do the medic side mission.
- The medic side mission only shows the red + icon while you are inside an Ambulance or Medic Car.
- The revive step uses N first, then Space when the marker enters the box.
