Ignore List

Ignore List is the player blocking system in CIT. It lets you ignore a player, remove them later, and check everyone you currently have ignored.

Ignore notes

The Ignore List is used to:

block a player with /ignore
remove a player with /unignore
view ignored players with /ignore

When a player is ignored:

their messages are hidden from the main chatbox
their messages only appear in the Ignored tab
they cannot send you offers through the F7 Offers tab

How to ignore a player

To ignore a player, use:

/ignore [player name or ID]

This adds that player to your Ignore List. You can also press X and click the player to use the ignore option.

How to unignore a player

To remove a player from your Ignore List, use:

/unignore [player name or ID]

How to check your Ignore List

To see who you currently ignore, use:

/ignore

The CIT - Ignore Player List window has Account / Group / Squad name and Last used player name columns. Add an entry with Manually add an account name: or Manually add a player name: (each has Add). The window also lets you choose Group, Squad or Player. Remove an entry with Remove selected account from ignore list. If a player is very abusive, you should still report them.

What happens when you ignore someone

Ignoring a player changes how their messages appear in chat and also blocks their Discord private messages. Unlike /smsmute, /ignore provides a persistent block.

Effects:

their messages are hidden from the main chatbox
their messages only show in the Ignored tab

This makes it possible to avoid seeing them in your normal chat while still separating their messages into a dedicated tab.

Ignored is one of the special chat tabs in CIT.

The J chat interface also includes:

F7 offers and ignored players

Ignored players cannot send you offers through the F7 Offers tab.

This only affects offers sent through that tab.

Commands

Command	Use
`/ignore [player name or ID]`	Add a player to your Ignore List

Ignore details

Ignored players are hidden from the main chatbox, not fully removed from the chat system.
Ignored messages are moved to the Ignored tab.
Ignored players cannot send you F7 offers.

Related notes

Ignored players cannot mark you through CITPhone Mark Players and you do not get a message when an ignored player tries to send money.

Server wide ignore information

Use /fullignorelist to open the server wide ignore information window. It lists account, group and squad names from most to least ignored, with an ignore count beside each name. Use /ignore to view or manage your own ignore list.
