Mobile ATM

Mobile ATM is the portable banking feature in CIT. It lets you open the ATM system without going to a physical ATM marker.

Overview

`Mobile ATM` is used for:

checking your bank balance
depositing money
withdrawing money
transferring money
using PIN-protected withdrawals

It is the mobile version of the normal ATM system.

Unlock

`Mobile ATM` is not available by default.

To unlock it:

complete the `Safe Online Banking` course in /courses

After that, `Mobile ATM` becomes available on your `CITPhone` and through its command.

How to open it

You can open `Mobile ATM` in two ways.

CITPhone

press B to open `CITPhone`
open `Mobile ATM`

Command

Use:

/mobileatm

What it does

`Mobile ATM` opens the banking system without requiring a normal ATM marker.

It can be used for:

checking your balance
depositing money
withdrawing money
transferring money

Sending money with Mobile ATM

To send money to another player with `Mobile ATM`:

open `Mobile ATM`
enter the amount
use `Show Players` to choose an online player
or type the player's account name in the account box
press `Transfer`

You can also transfer money to:

offline players, by typing their account name directly

Transfer limits

Money transfers through `Mobile ATM` follow the normal bank transfer limits.

A transfer may fail if:

you reached your weekly send limit
the other player reached their weekly receive limit
you do not have enough money
you have transfer restrictions from rule violations
the other player has transfer restrictions from rule violations

To check your send or receive limit:

press B
open `Event Times`

PIN protection

`Mobile ATM` uses the normal bank PIN protection system for withdrawals.

A PIN is used to:

protect bank withdrawals

Notes

`Mobile ATM` must be unlocked first through the `Safe Online Banking` course.
It is opened from `CITPhone` or with /mobileatm.
Transfers done through `Mobile ATM` use the normal weekly send and receive limits.
