Support Chat
Support Chat is a dedicated chat channel in CIT where players can ask questions about the server and receive help from other community members.
How to Use Support Chat
- Using a Command: Type
/sup <your question>in the chat. Example:/sup How do I increase my law level? - Via Chat Panel: Press
J, go to the Support Chat tab, then type your question.
You can ask about anything related to the server (in-game features, forum topics, commands, systems, jobs, etc.).
What Is It For?
- To get help on game-related or forum-related topics.
- To provide a space where experienced players can guide newer ones.
- To keep a clear, quick way for players to ask questions and receive answers.
Anyone can answer a question in support chat — not just staff.
What to Do If You're Still Confused
If your question wasn’t answered properly or you want a more detailed explanation:
- Visit the General Support / Questions board on the forum
Giving false or misleading answers — either in-game or on the forum — can lead to punishments.
Support Chat Rules
To keep the support channel clear and helpful, follow these rules. Breaking them may result in punishment:
- Do not spam Example:
HEEEEEEELP MEEEEE!!! - Do not troll or ask non-serious questions repeatedly
- Do not warn or correct other players Only a staff is allowed to moderate support chat.
- Do not ask non-server related questions
- Do not post long quotes, unnecessary symbols, or decorative messages
- Do not break any other server rule in support chat
