Units
Units
Units are an organization system in CIT managed through the F6 panel. They are similar to groups and squads, but they have fewer features and are meant for simpler team organization.
Overview
Units are:
- managed through F6
- similar to groups and squads
- simpler than squads
- limited to basic features such as chat, invites, and role management
- limited to up to 500 members
Units do not include advanced squad features such as:
- squad interiors
The Unit information panel describes them as:
- units are like groups and squads but have no special features and can have up to 500 members
Opening the Unit Panel
To open the Group, Squad, and Unit panel:
- press
F6 - or use
/groupsquadunit
F6 opens the:
- Group tab
- Squad tab
- Unit tab
- Help your country tab
To manage a unit:
- open
F6 - go to the Unit tab

The Unit tab includes these interface elements:

Creating and Managing a Unit
Creating a unit
To create a unit:
- press
F6 - open the Unit menu
- enter the unit name
- click
Create Unit
Inviting players
To invite a player to your unit:
- press
F6 - open the Unit tab
- click
Invite player to unit - enter the player's name
Leaving a unit as founder
If you are the founder and want to leave the unit:
- promote someone else to Founder first
- then leave the unit
Deleting a unit
To delete your unit:
- press
F6 - open the Unit tab
- click
Delete Unit - fill in the required information
- tick the confirmation box
- confirm the deletion
Unit Features
The documented Unit features are:
- basic chat
- invites
- role management
Units do not have special features beyond those basic systems.
Documented limitation:
- they do not include advanced squad features like squad interiors
Unit Chat
Units have their own chat channel.
To talk in Unit Chat:
- use
/uc <message>
Only your current unit can see:
/ucmessages
Unit Chat color
To change Unit Chat color:
- use
/unitchatcolor R G B
Members can also change how Unit Chat looks for themselves in:
/settings
Unit Chat in the J chat interface
The J chat interface includes:
- Unit
You can also open that chat interface with:
/tabchat
The J interface is the same system opened by pressing:
J
Unit-Related Settings
The documented chat-above-head settings include:
Unit Chat Above HeadSquad Chat Above HeadGroup Chat Above Head
Unit Chat Above Head shows unit chat messages above nearby members' heads.

Account history
/myhistory can show:
- created unit actions
- deleted unit actions
Unit cash sharing
Unit cash sharing is:
- permanently disabled
Fuel Transporter interaction
When unit members work together in the Fuel Transporter job:
- they share the same destination
