Uploading a Screenshot
Uploading a Screenshot in CIT means taking a screenshot, finding or saving it, and then uploading it to a supported image host so you can share the link.
Overview
There are two main ways to handle screenshots in CIT:
- take a normal screenshot with
F12and upload it to an image host - use
/takess <title>to take, save, and send a screenshot in CIT
You can also use:
/viewssto open your saved screenshot list in CIT
Taking a screenshot
Standard screenshot
To take a normal screenshot in CIT:
- press
F12
After that, you can upload the screenshot to an image host.
CIT screenshot command
To take, save, and send a screenshot in CIT, use:
/takess <title>
This is the CIT screenshot command.
Viewing saved screenshots
To open your saved screenshot list in CIT, use:
/viewss
This lets you view the screenshots saved through the CIT screenshot system.
How to upload a screenshot
After taking a screenshot with F12:
- open an image host
- upload the screenshot from your `MTA` folder
- copy the image link
- share the link where needed
The listed image hosts include:
- `Imgur`
- `Postimages`
- `ImgBB`
- `Pasteboard`
Uploading with Imgur
To upload a screenshot with `Imgur`:
- go to `Imgur`
- create a new post
- upload your screenshot from your `MTA` folder
- copy the link
Using screenshots for reports
Screenshots are also used in reports.
For example:
/reportopens the report GUI and automatically takes a screenshot/reportsopens the same GUI without automatically taking a screenshot
If you want to use the automatic screenshot from /report as proof:
- leave the `Proof` field empty
