PIN Code

PIN Code is the bank protection system in CIT. It is used to protect your bank withdrawals.

Overview

A PIN code is used for:

  • protecting bank withdrawals
  • adding extra protection to your banked money

The bank system supports:

  • PIN-protected withdrawals

Purpose

The purpose of a PIN code is:

  • to protect your bank withdrawals

Using a PIN helps protect your money in the bank.

Setting or changing your PIN

To set or change your PIN, use:

/setpin

When changing an existing PIN, use:

/setpin newPIN oldPIN

You need your current PIN to change it.

Removing your PIN

To remove your PIN code, use:

/removepin currentPIN

You need your current PIN to remove it.

Where PIN protection is used

PIN protection applies to:

  • bank withdrawals

The bank system can be used through:

  • /atm
  • an ATM marker
  • /mobileatm after unlocking Mobile ATM

Forgot PIN code

If you forgot your PIN code:

  • visit the Account Retrieval Board
  • make a new topic
  • include as much evidence as you can

  • screenshots
  • login history
  • other identifying account information

Notes
