Emoji

Emojis are chat visuals in CIT that appear when you use certain words or text patterns in local chat.

Emoji notes

Some emojis are available to everyone by default.

Other emojis are unlockables that come from jobs, seasonal rewards, or the unlock shop.

How Emojis Work

Set See Emojis to No under /settings > Interface > HUD - 3D / DYNAMIC to hide emojis, or Yes to show them. The default is Yes.

Emojis work in local chat.

When you type certain words or text patterns, the matching emoji appears above the speaker instead of that text pattern.

How to unlock more emojis

Extra emojis can be obtained in 3 main ways:

• Unlocking them from jobs
• Getting them from seasonal rewards
• Buying them from the unlock shop

Unlock Shop Emojis

Page 1 lists Duck, Beer holding, Civilian, Clown, Cop, Criminal, Crying, Sad crying, Dumb, and Egg. Page 2 lists EZ, Google, Heart, Muscle, No, OK, OMG, QQ, Rich, and Shush. Page 3 includes Suspicious 1, Suspicious 2, Suspicious 3, Thug Life, Trash, and Yes.

The shop has 27 emojis: 10 on Page 1, 10 on Page 2, and 7 on Page 3. Use Buy for 10M; purchased entries show Owned.

To buy an emoji from the unlock shop:

1. Open /unlockshop
2. Or open it from CITPhone
3. Go to the emoji section
4. Buy the emoji you want

Each emoji in the unlock shop costs:

• $10,000,000

Emoji purchases from /unlockshop are:

• Non refundable

Group Custom Emoji

Groups can also request a custom emoji.

Requirement:

• L9+ group

The request is made through the forum.

Emoji details

• Emojis are triggered by words or text patterns in local chat.
• Some emojis are basic and available to everyone.
• Others are unlocked from jobs, seasonal rewards, or the unlock shop.
• /unlockshop can also be opened from CITPhone.
• Unlock shop emoji purchases cannot be refunded.
• L9+ groups can request a custom emoji through the forum.

These 12 emojis are season reward emojis. Only players who unlocked them from season rewards can use them:
