Criminal Events

Criminal Events, or CEs, are public events where criminals and police fight over an objective such as a robbery, raid, or special scenario. Unlimited players can join, and the events rotate through different locations.

How it works

Criminal Events run on a regular timer cycle 24/7. Use /ce to see the current CE, how long is left before it starts, and how many criminals and cops are inside. You can also check CITPhone > Event Times.

Criminals fight police and try to finish the event objective. Killing a cop in a CE gives 1,700 Reputation Points, and escaping gives $15,000. If criminals win, they get cash, RP, and sometimes drugs. After that, they can skydive out or spawn normally and leave.

How to start or use it

  1. Use /ce to check the current event and timer.
  2. Press N to mark the event on your map.
  3. You can also use /gps and check the CE category.
  4. Go to the event area and join.
  5. If you want the event info to stay on your screen, use /ce update.

Criminal Event codes

  • BR = Bank Robbery
  • SAB = San Andreas Bank
  • NC = Night Club
  • HO = Hotel
  • APR = Airport Robbery
  • AHR = Airport Hangar Robbery

Van Heist

Van Heist is part of the CE cycle and happens every 4th CE.

Rules for Van Heist:

  • Jetpacks are disabled within 200m of the van
  • Any criminal within 20m of a cop-driven van gets wanted
  • The van stops if surrounded by enemies
  • The event radius is 40m
  • Stingers do not affect the van heist vehicle
  • The van heist blip is visible to medics

Rewards, progression, or benefits

  • Killing a cop in a CE gives 1,700 Reputation Points
  • Escaping gives $15,000
  • Winning gives cash, RP, and sometimes drugs

The top 3 medics in a Criminal Event get 9 medkits. Use /myheals to track your progress.

Restrictions or important notes

A CE does not start if an AR is about to start within 4 minutes.

Drug Shipment is disabled.

You can suggest new Criminal Event maps on the Land Development board.
