Police Detective is a specialist police job in CIT. It is part of the law side police progression and focuses on investigating murders instead of only chasing wanted players.

How to start

Police Detective unlocks at 150 arrests.

At 100,000 Arrest Points, you can use /go Police Detective without visiting the marker.

The Police Detective marker is inside LSPD.

How cases work

Police Detectives investigate murders:

1. go to the crime scene
2. photograph the dead body
3. photograph and pick up clues
4. open the Case File with M
5. question suspects or find the murder weapon
6. identify the guilty suspect

Case types can be questioning, kill, or evidence cases.

Police Detective gives 70 to 120 arrest points per solved case, depending on job level.

Police Detectives investigate murders.

The base payout formula is:

Higher police levels multiply the payout, and the normal payout is capped at $50,000.
