Joining the CIT Server

Welcome to the CIT Server! This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to join and get started with the CIT server, a multiplayer experience within Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Whether you’re a seasoned player or a newcomer, this guide will help you connect to the server and begin your adventures in no time!

Step 1: Install Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (GTA: SA)

You need to have Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas installed on your system. Here's how:

1. Purchase and Install GTA: SA:
   • You can buy Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas from platforms like Steam or Rockstar Games.
   • Download and install GTA: SA on your computer.
   • After installation, run the game once to ensure it’s working correctly.

Step 2: Download and Install MTA: SA (Multi Theft Auto)

Now that you have GTA: SA installed, you’re ready to install Multi Theft Auto (MTA: SA), which is the modification needed to play multiplayer.

1. Download MTA: SA:
   • Go to the official MTA: SA website: https://mtasa.com/
   • Download the installer for your system (Windows).
2. Install MTA: SA:
   • Run the downloaded installer.
   • During the installation, you will be asked to specify the directory of your GTA: SA installation. Make sure it points to the correct folder where GTA: SA is installed.
   • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Step 3: Launch MTA: SA and Join the CIT Server

1. Launch MTA: SA:
   • After installation, launch MTA: SA.
2. Add the CIT Server:
   • In the MTA: SA main menu, go to the Server Browser tab.
   • Search for CIT.gg.
   • Or enter the CIT server IP: mtasa://94.23.158.180:22003
   • Once added, select the CIT server and click Connect to join the game and wait for the files to download.

Step 4: Create Your Character

When you connect to the CIT server for the first time, you'll need to create an account. Here's how:

1. Click on Create an Account:
   • Enter your desired Username.
   • Enter your desired Password.
   • Enter your desired Email.
   • Click on Create an Account.

Step 5: Explore and Play

Once you're logged in, you're free to explore the server and start playing. Whether you want to be a cop, criminal, or civilian, there are plenty of activities to engage in, such as:

Step 6: Accessing In-Game Commands

To interact with the game world, you’ll need to use various commands:

• To type any command you need to press T then type the command you want so for example: Press T then /help
• Alternitivaly you can press F8 and type the command directly without a slash.
• /stats – Check your stats
• /jobs – View available civilian jobs
• /criminal – Become a criminal or gangster
• /gps – Find locations of shops, jobs, and more

These commands will help you navigate and enjoy your time on the server.
