Group Level Manager
Group Level Manager, usually called `GLM`, is the CIT duty that manages group progression and group leadership matters.
Overview
`GLM` means `Group Level Manager`.
This duty replaced the old `GAM` system.
GLMs handle:
- Group promotions
- Group demotions
- Group warnings
- Activity checks
- Communication with group leaders
What GLMs Do
The main job of a GLM is to manage group level and activity matters.
Their work includes:
- Reviewing group promotions
- Reviewing group demotions
- Handling group warnings
- Checking group activity
- Communicating with group leaders
