Land Development Group Features

In CIT, groups and squads have the ability to improve and unlock privileges over time. These features allow groups to enhance their bases, add special features, and create a safe haven for their members. All of these privileges are based on the total time the group has had a board.

Group/Squad Peds:

  • Groups with a base/hood/CITy zone can add up to 3 frozen peds inside their base area.
    • Frozen peds are stationary characters that serve as decorations, NPCs, or helpers.
    • To add a ped: Use the command /addbaseped. This will automatically copy your skin, shader, animation, and weapon to the ped.
    • To remove a ped: Use /delbaseped while aiming at the ped to delete it.
  • Squads with an interior can also add up to 3 frozen peds near their teleport marker.
    • To add a squad ped: Use /addsquadped.
    • To remove a squad ped: Use /delsquadped while aiming at it.

Base Auto-Heal System:

  • Health pick-ups inside the base have been replaced with an auto-heal system.
  • Groups or interiors that own a base will automatically receive this healing system, allowing members to heal over time.

Group Vehicles and Static Vehicles

Static vehicles are client-sided and frozen, so they cannot be moved by players.

Groups:

Groups with a base/hood/CITy zone can add up to 5 static vehicles inside their base area.

  • To add a static vehicle: Use /addstaticveh while inside the vehicle you want to add. This will copy all modifications and upgrades (color, wheels, spoiler, shader, etc.) made to the vehicle.
  • To remove a static vehicle: Use /delstaticveh while standing on top of the vehicle.

Squads:

Squads with an interior can add up to 2 static vehicles near their teleport marker.

  • To add a squad static vehicle: Use /addstaticveh squad.
  • To remove a squad static vehicle: Use /delstaticveh squad.
Cost of Static Vehicles
  • Vehicles costing less than $500,000 will cost $500,000 to add.
  • Vehicles costing more than $5,000,000 will cost $5,000,000 to add.
  • For vehicles priced between $500,000 and $5,000,000, the exact purchase price applies.

Important: No refunds are given when deleting static vehicles. Use this feature carefully to avoid losing your investment.

Tag Protection

  • Groups with a board can request one protected tag for their group. This protects the group's tag from being used by others.

Access to Spawn Vehicles

  • Groups can request any car available in car shops (except the Advanced Hummer) with a maximum of 6 vehicles.
  • Civilian groups can request up to 2 helicopters.
  • Official groups can request up to 12 vehicles.
  • The cost for each vehicle requested is $2,500,000.

Group Skin Shader

  • Groups with a board for at least 4 months can request 1 skin shader for $30,000,000.
  • Every skin in CIT can be shaded. Game modding knowledge is required to create shaders.

Graffiti Requests

  • L4 groups can get 1 graffiti for $20,000,000.
  • L6+ groups can request up to 3 graffiti to spray around the city.
  • Graffiti for official groups is free.
  • Max image size is 256x256 in PNG format only.

Info Marker Logo Request

  • Groups L4+ can request a logo above their base info marker for $15,000,000.
  • Squads with a base or interior and an info marker nearby can request a logo for $15,000,000.
  • Max image size is 256x256 in PNG format only.

Group Advertisement Billboards

  • L5+ groups can request a billboard to advertise their group around the city for $20,000,000.
  • The maximum resolution is 512x256, and the image must not contain any offensive material.

Non-VIP Vehicles Recovery

  • L6+ groups with a group job can request 1 vehicle (including armored vehicles) to be recovered without VIP for their members.
  • Cost per vehicle: $10,000,000.

Group Specific Job

  • Groups promoted to L6 can request a group-specific job. Group members can use /gojob to set themselves to the group job if given rank permission.
  • Group leaders can assign the job to any player with rank permissions.

Group Job Skin List Change

  • Groups L6+ can request to change the skins list shown in the /gojob window.
  • Adding new skins is free, but frequent changes should be avoided to prevent spam.
  • You can have any amount of skins in /gojob as long as they make sense to the occupation.

L8+ Special Skin Mod

  • L8+ groups can request a unique skin model usable by their group job.
  • The skin must meet specific conditions, including being human-sized and within GTA SA style.
  • Not a shader, a new skin model which you can find here: https://libertycity.net/files/gta-san-andreas/skins/new-gta-sa-style-skins/ or run a search on google
