Support Chat
Support Chat is the help channel in CIT. It is used for asking questions about CIT features, commands, jobs, systems, rules, forums, and other CIT topics.
How to use support chat

What Support Chat is for
Support Chat is meant for:
- getting help about CIT
- asking gameplay or system questions
- asking about commands
- asking about jobs
- asking about rules
- asking about forums
It is one of the channels inside the J chat interface.
How to use it
You can use Support Chat in two ways:
- press
J, open Support, and ask your question there - use
/sup [question]

The J chat interface includes many channels, and Support is the one used for help questions.
What you can ask
Support Chat is for CIT related help.
Allowed topics include:
- features
- commands
- jobs
- systems
- rules
- forums
- other CIT related questions
Misuse
Misusing Support Chat is punishable.
Support Chat is not meant for:
- spam
- trolling
- insulting
- dragging out side conversations
- non-English messages
- unserious questions
- unrelated questions
- warning other players
- spamming quotes
- spamming symbols
- breaking any other server rule there
Language rule
Support Chat must be used properly.
Using non-English there is part of misuse and can get you punished.
If you want help in your own language, use:
/ssup
Who can punish in Support Chat
Only staff can warn or punish players in Support Chat.
Other players can still help answer questions there, but they should not warn others.
Repeating an answer
Repeating the same valid answer is not punishable if:
- the gap between messages is short enough that you could reasonably still be typing it
This means more than one helpful answer can still be fine.

Support Chat rules
- Support Chat is for CIT related help only.
- It is not a place for random conversation or trolling.
- Only staff can warn or punish players there.
- Repeating a valid answer is allowed if it was likely typed before the earlier reply appeared.
Support Non-English

Contact Admin and staff tickets
Use /cad <text> to send a message to Contact Admin in the J chat interface for serious issues. It is not normal chat.
Use /staffticket to open the staff ticket GUI. The player types a message and staff can reply from the Staff Panel.
