House Robbery is a criminal activity where you enter a house, steal an item from inside, and deliver it for a reward.
How to rob a house
Near a house icon, press N instead of Z. Hold Alt while walking to move slowly.
- Enter the house robbery marker.
- Move into the black marker.
- Leave the house.
- Take the stolen item to the grey truck blip.
Use /dropitem to drop the stolen item.
Rewards and risk

Drop off areas are San Fierro, Bayside, Fort Carson, Palomino Creek, and Angel Pine.
How it works
House Robbery is one of the smaller criminal robberies in CIT.
It can reward either cash or drugs, and it also gives Reputation Points.
You start it at a house icon by entering the house as a robber.

To do a House Robbery:
- Go near a house icon.
- Press N instead of Z to enter.
- Inside the house, hold Alt.
- Move into the black marker at an item.
- Leave the house with the stolen item.
- Take the stolen item to the grey truck blip.
Rewards
House Robbery can reward:
- $1,800 to $3,500 cash and 120 RP
- 40 to 60 drugs and 120 RP
Wanted Level
If the noise percentage reaches 100% during House Robbery, you get 15 wanted points.
Cooldown
If a house is on cooldown, you get this message:
- This house was already robbed in the last 20 minutes!
This means the house has a 20 minute cooldown before it can be robbed again.
Commands
House Robbery uses these controls and commands:
- N to enter the house robbery instead of normal house entry
- /dropitem to drop a stolen item
Mission Notes
- House Robbery starts at a house icon.
- You must press N instead of Z to enter as a robber.
- The item inside is collected by moving into the black marker while holding Alt.
- The stolen item must be delivered to the grey truck blip.
- Players can rob a house, but they cannot steal the house owner's actual items or assets.
